How do I use GoBunion hosiery correctly?

GoBunion is really easy to put on and is almost like putting on normal socks or normal booties. To do this, first turn the GoBunion sock inside out and place the soft gel toe separator between the big toe and the nearest toe.

While this gently spreads and stretches the big toe, the additional soft bar supports the remaining toes and prevents them from slipping. Now put on the sock or booty as usual and you're done!

How often should I wear GoBunion Hallux socks to really see an improvement?

We recommend wearing GoBunion at least 3-4 times a week all day long. Alternatively, you can also use your therapy in the evening after work and thus create an effective routine for hallux treatment.

How should GoBunion Hallux Socks be stored?

Simply put it in your sock drawer! Since GoBunion looks just like your other socks, the embroidered logo reminds you that you are holding your “sock with function”. This way, you automatically benefit from a practical reminder function for your hallux treatment.

Are GoBunion products odorless?

All GoBunion hosiery is odorless, even after washing.

Can I wash the GoBunion Hallux socks?

Yes! All GoBunion products can be washed at 30 degrees and can even be washed in the same wash cycle as other items of clothing. They are not suitable for the dryer.

Can a correction be achieved by simply wearing toe separator socks?

Correction by wearing toe separator socks: An explanation by Sarita Bradley

Sarita Bradley stresses that wearing toe separator socks alone may not necessarily result in complete correction in severe deformities, but it is an essential aid in relieving symptoms and preventing further damage. For comprehensive treatment, additional measures such as physiotherapy exercises, orthopedic insoles or, in severe cases, surgery may be necessary.

What is hallux valgus?

A hallux valgus, also known as a bunion, is a common foot deformity. The big toe points inwards, towards the other toes, and a bony protrusion forms on the inside of the foot, directly at the metatarsophalangeal joint.

Change in toe position : Hallux valgus is when the big toe bends to the side so that it comes closer to the other toes or even overlaps them. This happens because the joint at the base of the foot is pushed outwards.

Bunion : This deformity causes a bony protrusion, called a bunion, to form at the base of the big toe. This area can be red and swollen and often causes pain.
